The Your Community page (accessible from the top menu) allows you to view the participants that have joined your test community.
Searching / Filtering
You can search and filter using any of the available filters.
Enterprise customers can use Custom Profile Fields to target participants based on the data that is important to their company. See this article to learn more: Filtering with Custom Profile Fields.
Tagging Participants
You can click the checkbox on one or more participants, and then choose to add a Tag. Tags can be used throughout the BetaTesting platform to filter participants.
Selecting All (> 50 testers at once)
When you select the checkbox to select all participants (next to Create New Test button), you will see that it will only select all the testers on that specific page. If you need to select ALL the testers that match these filters, you can click the link all the way to the right (see screenshot below) which says "Select all X testers".
Inviting Participants to a New Test
To invite targeted participants to a new test, you can start from Your Community, or you can create/duplicate a test directly, and then update the targeting settings in the Tester Recruiting section of that specific test.
If you start from the Your Community page, you can apply any filters you need, and then select the Create New Test button. Then you can choose to create a new test based on a defined Template (feature available on Enterprise plans), or from our standard test types.
Removing Testers from Your Community
You can also click the checkbox on one or more participants and choose to Remove them from your community and delete their data.
Showing / Hiding Columns
You can show/hide various data types by clicking the gear icon on the right side of the page.
Exporting Data
You can export all the testers with your current filters applied, by clicking the export button (see above screenshot). This will export these testers to a spreadsheet.
Saved Filters
When you have any filters applied, you can choose to save the filters to use it later. It's then easy to reapply the same filters throughout BetaTesting (e.g. in test reporting). You can also choose to make a "Report" from a filter. In that case, it will show in the reporting section and allow you to easily view or export the data with one click.
Community Reporting
To access the community reporting section, click this icon on the top right of the Your Community page:
