Filtering with Custom Profile Fields

Searching/filtering on Custom Profile Fields (Enterprise Customers)

For companies with an Enterprise subscription, the Custom Profile Fields filter (on your Community page and tester lists) lets you narrow down testers by the custom data you've collected about them. How a field filters depends on its type.

Choice fields (checkboxes and radio buttons)

Check any options you want to include. Selecting multiple options within one field matches testers who chose any of them.

Text fields

Type any text to match testers whose answer contains that text. For example, entering blue matches "blue", "light blue", and "blueberry".

Matching multiple values (OR)

Separate values with the | character to match testers whose answer contains any of the values. For example:

238897|6538896

matches testers whose answer contains either 238897 or 6538896. You can combine as many values as you need, like red|green|blue.

Comparing numbers and dates

If a field stores numbers or dates (in YYYY-MM-DD format), you can start your filter with a comparison operator:

>100 matches values greater than 100

<=5 matches values of 5 or less

!=2 matches anything except 2

>=2026-01-01 matches dates on or after January 1, 2026

Comparisons can be combined with | too. For example, <10|>100 matches values below 10 or above 100.

Combining fields

When you filter on several fields at once, testers must match the filters in each field. Each field narrows the results further.
