The Reporting page collects every export for a test in one place. All of these reports already exist in other locations within the test navigation (e.g. Recruiting Results, Survey Results, Issues, etc). But this groups them in one place.
Each report is a ready-made spreadsheet, such as all open issues, every accepted tester, or a survey's full results, generated in the background and kept with a download history, so anyone on your team can pull the same file again later without rebuilding it.
Use it when a stakeholder asks for "the numbers" every Monday and you would rather hand them a link than rebuild an export, when a survey is large enough that a browser download times out, when you want a fixed snapshot of the issues list as it stood on a given date, or when you have a filter you apply every week, such as testers on iOS who are behind, and want it to exist as a one click report.
The page reuses the same spreadsheets as the Export buttons elsewhere on the platform. What it adds is the queue, the history, and the ability to turn any saved filter into a report of its own.
Reporting is a plan feature, so the page may not appear in your test's menu. Any admin who can view the test can browse the reports and download files from the history; running a new report needs full admin access.
The Reporting page
Open your test and click Reporting in the left menu. At the top, four cards count the Total Reports available, your Custom Reports, the test's Open Issues, and its AI Insight Reports. Below them the reports are listed by section, each row with a badge for its type and three actions: History, View, and Export.
Use Search reports to find a report by name.
Use Type to show only some sections, and Sort to order by Default, Name A-Z, or Newest first. Clear filters resets all three.
Click View to open the page the report is built from, with the same filter already applied, in a new tab. Some reports have no page view and say so.
The built-in reports
Which sections appear depends on the test. Shipping reports only show on tests with shipment tracking, and the survey reports only when the test has a regular survey.
Feedback and insights
Survey Export opens the Export Survey Data dialog. Choose the Survey, then under Include in export tick Demographics, Screening results, Tags, Devices, Custom test fields, or Custom profile fields, or Select all. The file has one row per tester and one column per question, laid out exactly like the Survey Results export. See Printing, saving, and exporting survey results.
AI Insights opens Export AI Insights. Pick a completed AI Run and the file contains the overview, categories, insights, and evidence sheets for that run. See Exporting your test-wide AI insights to a spreadsheet.
Issue reports
All Issues: every issue on the test with its fields, device details, status, priority, duplicate count, and internal notes.
Open Issues: only issues in To Do, In Progress, Needs More Info, or Fixed - Please Retest.
Duplicate Issues: linked issues, sorted by how many duplicates each parent has.
Issue Messages: the comment threads between your team and testers on issues.
Shipping and delivery
All Shipping Details: every shipment with its tracking status.
Shipping Exceptions: shipments whose carrier reported a problem.
Confirmed Received: shipments the tester has confirmed receiving.
Testers
Recruiting Results: applicants still pending, with their screening answers.
Accepted Testers: everyone accepted into the test.
Behind Testers: accepted testers who are behind on their activities.
Completed Testers: testers who have finished the test.
All Messages: every message between your team and testers on the test.
Custom reports from saved filters
Any filter you save on the Issues, Recruiting Results, Tester Status, Shipment Tracking, or Survey Results pages can become a report.
Set up the filters on one of those pages and open Save filters.
Name the filter and tick Also create a report from this filter. Choose Save for this test only if it should not appear on other tests, and Allow other admins to use this filter to share it with your team.
The report appears under Custom reports on the Reporting page with the filter's name, and exports the same spreadsheet as the matching built-in report, narrowed to your filter.
Custom reports you did not create are visible only when their owner shared them. To remove one, delete the saved filter from the filter list on the page where you created it.
Running and downloading a report
Click Export on the report row. For Survey Export and AI Insights, complete the dialog first. The message Report generation started confirms it.
A Generating report indicator with a running count of seconds shows on the row. Large exports run in the background, so you can leave the page and come back.
When the report is ready, Report generated successfully appears and the file downloads on its own. If generation fails, the row shows Generation failed with a Retry link.
Click History on any row to see every previous run with its date, status, the filters it used, and the file size. Click Download on a completed run to get that file again. Hide history collapses the list.
Files are named after the report and the date, for example "All_Issues_2026-08-29.xlsx". Every run is a snapshot of the data at the moment it was generated, which is what makes the history useful: you can download last week's Open Issues report and compare it with today's.
Reports for your community
If your company has its own tester community, the Reports tab on your Your Community page offers the same kind of reports across all of your testers rather than one test:
All Testers
Top Testers
Actively Testing
Dormant and Low Quality Testers
New Testers who joined in the last 30 days
Incomplete Profiles
Onboarding Terms Agreements
All Digital Agreements for signature records
Admins reports listing your company's administrators by access level.
Custom reports saved from the community member list appear here too.
Things to know
Reports are Excel files. There is no CSV option, and files are not emailed; they download in your browser when ready and stay available under History.
Clicking Export twice on the same report with the same settings does not start a second run; you are reconnected to the one already in progress.
Built-in reports have no date range. To limit a report to a period, save a filter with the date constraints you need and create a custom report from it.
The Reporting page does not replace the Export buttons on the results pages. Those download immediately and follow whatever filters are on screen; use them for a quick one-off, and use Reporting when you want a queued, repeatable, shareable file.
A report generated from the Reporting page is downloadable by any admin who can view the test.
