When do I get paid?
Updated over a week ago

Testers will receive payment after each test is complete and the company running the test has reviewed your feedback to ensure all tasks and questions were adequately completed. This review process typically takes around 5-7 days after the test concludes.

How to know when a test will pay out? Each test comes with its own pre-defined pay date calculated based on the test status and the time allotted for feedback review. If a test is still ongoing, you'll need to wait for that finish before taking any other action regarding payment, see example below showing a test still active.

When the test has been closed and it is in review phase which can last up to 6 days, you will be able to see the expected payout date on your test listings, under the Your Past Tests tab as shown in the example below:

And finally, when the test and the review phase have been completed and there are no major issues with the feedback you have submitted, the test team will release the payments and you should go and check your account.

This information is available to help you keep track of when you can anticipate receiving your payment.

What needs to happen prior to payout? Typical payout dates are within 7 days after the end of each test. This timeframe allows the client's product team to:

  • Review test results

  • Validate participation

  • Rate testers

  • Determine rewards and any bonus amounts

Payment timelines: While the standard payout window is 7 days after the test ends, there are cases where payment timelines might differ:

  • If you finish your test before the test period ends, your payment might take 7-14 days since automated payout deadlines are based on the end date of the test as a whole.

  • Payments can sometimes be processed faster if the client is able to review and mark testers complete sooner. In many cases, payments are made within 1-4 days after test completion.

When to Follow-up?

We ask testers to refrain from following up about payment directly within the test unless 14 days have passed since the test ended. This helps ensure the review and payout processes run smoothly without unnecessary delays.
