How do I follow-up on an outstanding payment?

You have completed a test and logically expect to get paid for it, but you haven’t received the payment yet! There are a set of steps we have designed in order for you to communicate this delay with us.

Before any action, please refrain from sending a message directly through the test for any payment requests until waiting at least 14 days from the test completion date. This is part of our tester payment policy and you’re expected to respect that.

  • Action 1: Before you reach out to the BetaTesting Support Team, make sure the test you’ve participated in is closed and the feedback review window has been closed. Also, the payment timelines outlined in this article When do I get paid?

  • Action 2: Now that you have thoroughly checked the test status, review window, payment timelines and confirmed they’re all concluded, you can use our built-in Intercom chat to reach out to the BetaTesting Support Team and raise a ticket with them.

Here is a tip for you: When reaching out to the BetaTesting Support Team, make sure to include your BetaTesting profile and specify which test campaign the payment is linked to.

Another one here: Allow for 3-24 hours for your inquiry to be resolved, the BetaTesting Support Team will communicate with you via the chat you have open, please avoid reaching out multiple times as this will prolong the resolution time.
