If you miss a deadline, usually you will not be able to continue the test and will not earn a reward for participation. When a user misses a deadline, we need to recruit extra testers as replacements and we may not be able to meet the commitments we’ve made to our clients.

In certain cases, if you miss a deadline we may be able to manually extend your deadline. This depends on the requirements of the specific test, the number of participants, and how frequently you’ve missed deadlines in the past.
