Make sure you provide high-quality survey-based feedback by communicating clearly and thoroughly your thoughts, use examples to illustrate your points, and provide suggestions when appropriate. When submitting bugs, include videos, detailed explanations of the steps needed to produce the bug, and all relevant information. For video-based feedback, match the required video duration specified on the instructions, record audio and thoroughly present your thoughts, do not skip any of the steps, and be mindful of the video quality.

On time submissions is one of the criteria used to calculate tester ratings which greatly impacts the likelihood of getting invited to tests. Each test has a pre-defined end time, make sure you submit surveys prior to that, and in case you face issues doing that, reach out to the test organizer via our integrated messaging system seeking help.
