Exporting your test-wide AI insights to a Spreadsheet

Download the whole AI Insights page as an Excel workbook, with categories, insights, supporting quotes, and per-tester detail.

Everything on your test's AI Insights page can be downloaded as an Excel workbook: the feedback categories, every insight, the quotes behind them, and a breakdown of what each tester contributed. The export always matches the analysis run you are viewing, so what you download is what you were reading.

Use it when the insights need to leave the platform. Common cases are pasting the top findings into a readout deck, filtering the evidence down to a single theme before a design review, or keeping a fixed record of what an analysis said on a given date while the test carries on collecting responses.

All plans include basic AI features, and Subscription and Enterprise plans add advanced AI features and customizations, so AI Insights may not be available on your account.

How to export

  1. Open your test and go to the AI Insights page.

  2. Optional: use the run dropdown to switch to an earlier analysis run. The newest run is marked (latest), and runs started with custom settings are marked (custom). The export matches whichever run the page is showing.

  3. Click Export at the top right.

  4. Wait a few seconds while the workbook is built. A Generating report note appears beside the buttons with a running count of seconds.

  5. The file downloads automatically as soon as it is ready, named like "AI_Insights_2026-08-22.xlsx".

What is in the workbook

Overview carries your company and test details plus the run's totals.

Top Insights lists the strongest positive and negative insights by how many testers raised them.

Categories ranks each feedback category, with its positive and negative shares, insight and tester counts, and a summary line.

Insights holds every insight with its category, sentiment, volume, tester and quote counts, and its top quotes.

Evidence lists every supporting quote grouped under its insight, with the tester, the survey and question it came from, a video timestamp where relevant, and a link back to the quote in context.

By Tester breaks the insights down per participant, and Testers is the roster of everyone enrolled in the analysis run.

Runs is the run history, showing which run is the latest and which one this file came from. It only appears when the test has more than one run.

Things to know

Exporting needs full admin access to the company. With support or read only access you can still view the page and use Print and Share, but the Export button is not shown.

If you switch runs while an export is generating, that export is discarded. Start a new one for the run you are now viewing.

Tester email addresses are never included. Testers appear by display name, with their tester ID in a separate column so you can cross-reference them against your own records.

Links in the Evidence sheet open each quote in context, including the exact moment in a video where the quote was spoken.

If generation fails, the page shows Generation failed with a Retry link beside it.
