When building a survey, you can customize several display options to customize the UI / design experience for survey takers.
Click the menu icon next to the survey name.
Use external layout (no nav bars)
If this option is checked, then testers will not see the left and top nav bars that are normally part of the test portal when they are taking the survey.
If it is not checked, testers will have the default experience and the nav bars will show when taking the survey:
Show all questions on the same page
If this option is checked, all the questions within a survey will be shown in the same page. Note that if a question has a Required answer or if there is branching logic associated with the question, we do not show any of the following questions until the question is answered.
If this option is not checked, then we show one question at a time, as is shown in the above screenshots.
