The following article describes how you can bulk upload shipment tracking numbers for your testers.

​Here's the process for uploading your tracking numbers in bulk:

  1. Export the list of your testers. The best place is likely the the Testers -> Recruiting Results tab, as this will contain any screening survey responses (like tester addresses). This will allow you to see the UserID associated with each tester.

  2. Download our template, and update it with your UserIDs and tracking numbers. Export your final file to a CSV.

    1. The column UserID, TrackingNumber are required for each record.

    2. The shipping carrier is an optional column, named "Carrier". We do not normally recommend including this data. By default, we auto-detect the carrier based on the tracking number. However, if you find that we are not automatically detecting the carrier properly, you can optionally manually include the carrier information. To find the acceptable values, please see this list with our shipping API provider. You should provide the text given in the "slug" column in this list.

  3. Select the file in our popup, and it will automatically populate the text box with the records.

  4. Click the "Add tracking numbers" button. Our system will automatically add the tracking numbers, associate them with each tester, and begin facilitating the package delivery communication and confirmation process.
