How to resolve issues logging into BetaTesting

If you're having trouble logging into BetaTesting, please follow the process below:

  1. Ensure you're logged out by visiting

  2. Reset your password:

  3. Check your email for your password reset email. The email should go out quickly, but if you don't see it in 5 minutes, be sure you've checked your Spam and all other folders within your inbox.

If you did not receive an email, it may be because your email is blocked by our system. Our system may block your email if it previously bounced (e.g. your inbox was full) or if you opted out of emails from BetaTesting. Please reach out to us at to see if that is what happened.
