New BetaTesting customers can get 5 credits free to try out the platform and run a small test. All we ask is that you do a review or social media post to share your experience after the test is complete.
How to get the free credits: Email team@betatesting.com after you have signed up and designed your first test. Provide your full name, your company's name and location, and point us to your website/product.
5 credits is enough for:
5 user Single Session test - 30 minutes or less
5 user Usability Video test: 5 minutes per video
5 user Bug Hunt test
Two 30 minute moderated interviews
To qualify, your company must meet the following criteria:
Sign up using your personal email address on your company's domain (e.g. yourname@yourcompany.com). No generic emails (e.g. info@x.com)
You need to have a website for your company / product
Company size requirements:
Based in USA, Canada, Europe, or Australia: No size restrictions
Based in another country: Only available to companies with > 100 employees
Note: We reserve the right to deny the offer to any product or company that we don't feel is right for BetaTesting or our testers.
