For our beta tests, testers can submit bugs / issues they encounter during the test process. They can do this manually on the BetaTesting platform, and our integration with Jira makes it easy to push bugs to your system.
We associate each bug submission with the BetaTesting tester that submitted it, so we can track each testers engagement and reward contributions.
Within the Bugs section of an active test:
Review bug submissions
Review attachments, if any
Message testers to follow up with questions / instructions regarding their bug submission
Export bug reports to a spreadsheet CSV to import into any other bug management program. You can also import directly into JIRA by going to the Settings tab and following the steps under "Setup Jira Integration".
